Our Approach
We assess data maturity, map your ecosystem, and build a strategic roadmap with governance policies and a CoE to ensure sustainable, mission-driven data success for them.
Assessment & Discovery (2–4 weeks)
- (AD-1) Pre-Assessment Data Governance Maturity: High-level maturity assessment across data quality, governance, and strategy dimensions
- (AD-2) Data Quality Assessment: Discovery, data sampling, and desk research to evaluate data quality , applicable to both data and AI solution pathways
- (AD-3) Data Use Case Development: Recommend 3–5 high-value, low-effort data use cases that may lead to data or AI solution recommendations
- (AD-4) Data Readiness Gap Analysis: Discovery sessions and a Data Gap Analysis Report covering data literacy, tooling, quality, governance, and MDM gaps
Strategy (3–5 weeks)
- (SD-1) Data Ecosystem Mapping: Facilitated workshops, surveys, and audit to map the full data landscape (1 week, 2–3 workshops)
- (SD-2) Data Management Plan (MDM): Comprehensive data management plan recommendation as output of ecosystem mapping (1 week)
- (SD-3) Data Analysis & Learning Plan: Data analysis strategy with KPI recommendations and learning feedback loop design (1–2 weeks)
- (SD-4) Data Visualization Recommendations: Recommendations on visualization tools and configuration (1 week)
Governance (2–3 weeks)
- (GG-1) Data Governance Maturity Action Plan: Phased roadmap guiding the organization through steps and best practices for implementing data governance, keeping in mind the evolving IT landscape, enterprise architecture, and program deliverables
- (GD-1) Data Classification Framework: Classification schema and artifact creation (1 week, 2–3 workshops)
- (GD-2) Data Handling Policies: Policy documentation and artifact creation (1 week, 2–3 workshops)
- (GA-4) COE Formation & Facilitation: Formation, facilitation, artifact creation, enablement, and handover for Innovation, AI, and Data CoE (10 days)
