Assessment & Discovery (2–4 weeks)

  • (AD-1) Pre-Assessment Data Governance Maturity: High-level organizational maturity assessment across quality, governance, and strategy dimensions
  • (AD-2) Data Quality Assessment: Evaluation of data variety, volume, and completeness across systems (1–2 weeks)
  • (AD-3) Data Readiness Gap Analysis: Structured gap analysis report with prioritized recommendations (1–2 weeks, 1–2 workshops + 2–4 days asset creation)
  • (AD-4) Data Use Case Development: Facilitated workshops to define problem statements and identify 2–3 high-value use cases (3 days)
