Justice Rapid Response (JRR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to collaborating with international, national, and civil society entities, offering unbiased, and professional expertise. Their focus is on investigating international crimes and human rights violations, while also advocating for the rights and access to justice of victims and survivors. This comprehensive solution enables JRR to efficiently record, manage, and monitor requests from various stakeholders. Additionally, it includes a robust back-end system with advanced search functionalities, encompassing profiles of legal experts, experiences, thematic areas, geographic locations, and spoken languages. Following the initial implementation, JRR recognized that their ongoing needs didn’t require a full-time internal Systems Administrator.
