Position Overview
The Content & Design Intern will support the Marketing team in social media and graphic design. We’re seeking a self-starter who will be responsible for writing social posts (in English) for our global channels and designing visuals for social media, presentations, sales assets, and other materials as needed.
Working alongside the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll apply brand guidelines and templates to create content that speaks to social sector technology leaders. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop real skills while contributing to work that reaches a global audience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Write social media copy in English for Vera’s global channels, following brand voice and guidelines
- Design visuals for social media posts using brand templates
- Create, update, and adapt presentation decks, ensuring brand consistency
- Support other design needs – event materials, brand applications, and similar
- Support video development, as needed

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field – but what you’re passionate about matters more than what you’re studying
- Fluent English – written and verbal – to create content and collaborate with an international team
- Strong communication and writing skills – ability to articulate ideas clearly and adapt tone for different contexts
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Interest in social impact, nonprofits, or technology for good
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international environment
- Organization and attention to detail
Desired
- Previous experience creating social media content
- Design skills in the Adobe Suite
- Experience creating presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
