Primary Responsibilities:

• Join a vibrant team to develop an impactful SaaS product.
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using RedwoodJS, React, and modern component libraries like Tailwind CSS and Mantine.
• Collaborate with a passionate team, including stakeholders in the social sector, to transform ideas into real-world solutions.
• Lead with a mix of technical expertise and creativity, continuously pushing the boundaries of what our technology can achieve in the social sphere.
• Ensure the highest standards of code quality and system reliability, while mentoring junior developers.s that can enhance delivery and client impact.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or similar, coupled with 2+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 3 + years experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, with a strong background in MERN stack.

Desired

• Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure).
• Experience working on RedwoodJS or similar javascript web frameworks.
• Passionate about using technology as a force for good.
